Oil Painting Exhibition “Prelude”

This exhibition introduces the transition of Yokoi Teruko’s techniques until she adopted abstract expression, including early oil paintings made in Ms. Yokoi’s hometown of Tsushima City before she left Japan and works made in San Francisco and New York from 1953 after she moved to the United States.
