“Switzerland Bern”

《Untitled》
1962/63 Gouache on paper

In 1962, Teruko Yokoi moved to Switzerland, where she would base her creative activities and life. The landscapes she painted and the nature she loved in Switzerland evoke her Japanese sensibilities, the four seasons, and her emotions. This exhibition introduces Ms. Yokoi’s art, which flourished in Switzerland, by combining the Japanese spirit through her works from the middle to the end of her life.
