Painter Teruko Yokoi painted colorful seasonal scenes and flowers. Before her passing, she wanted children to "acquire the ability to enrich their lives through the experience of being in touch with nature, observing life, and expressing themselves, as well as imagination, sensitivity, and the power of expression. In resonance with her wish, the Teruko Yokoi Hinageshi Art Museum is pleased to present the third "Art Competition".
